WANDERLUST

Friday, November 1 at 7:30pm
Alpharetta Methodist Church

Has the travel bug bitten you yet? Let your Alpharetta Symphony take you around the world with some of classical music’s most fabled tales of wanderers. Dancing folk music abounds in Enescu’s Romanian Rhapsody and Sarasate’s Zigeunerweisen shows off the virtuosity and power of violinist Alice Hong. Finally, Scheherazade weaves a bold tapestry of stories from the Middle East told by Scheherazade, a cunning sultan’s bride.
